Shipping & Delivery

All orders places before 3.30pm will normally be shipped the same day ( stock items only ).

We offer a 1st class packet royal mail service @ £2.95 which is normally 1 – 2 days delivery

We also use Tnt/ uk mail for guaranteed next day delivery this is normally for the bigger and more expensive items @£5.95.

For customers outside the uk please ring 01942 204767 for prices.

All delivery times are approximate and although we aim to process orders the same day sometimes non stock items may take longer.

Please don’t book any plumber/electrician to carry out any work until you have received your order as we won’t be liable to reimburse any costs occurred resulting in items not arriving on time or that are damaged.


Return of Products within the seven day cooling off period

you may cancel any orders at  within 7 working days (the “cooling off period”), beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price that you paid for the Products and any applicable delivery charges. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product to us.

Following the 7 day “cooling off period”, there will be a minimum 25% handling charge on products of the invoice price of the goods.

Returning non faulty items

Please if you need to return a non-faulty item please contact us within 7 days of the delivery, please give the reason for the return, also please enclose a copy invoice failure to do so may slow the refunding process. The customer will be liable for all non-faulty items postage costs.

Returning faulty items

All faulty items will be refunded in full on receipt, we will test and inspect the items claimed to be faulty so that we can be assured we are sending faulty goods back to the manufacturers for a full refund Please also enclose a copy invoice as this speeds up the refund process.
